The illegal possession of Bait-ul-Muquaddas by Jews had kept Muslims in shock and now their high handedness against Masjid-e-Aqusa is making them worried. The Jews want to demolish it and construct Haikal-e-Suleimani.
Israel had captured the eastern portion of Bait-ul-Muquaddas on June 7, 1967 where Masjid-e-Aqusa is situated. Now Israel wishes to construct a new township there getting the eastern and western portion together as a new capital of Israel. To make its dream come true Israel is establishing new colonies in Bait-ul-Muquaddas even when any new construction there has been internationally banned. They are bringing Jews from far flung areas and establishing them there so that there are more Jews than the Palestinians.
Jews plan to destroy Masjid-e-Aqusa, which is Quibla-e-Awwal of Muslims and where Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) had visited on the night of Meraj and led a prayer (Namaz) with all other blessed prophets (Ambia-e-Keram) behind him. All the Ambia-e-keram were present there waiting for Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to come. It is a centre of Love and faith for all Muslims. ...
… This is what most Muslims remember and follow. But the very next verse explained to them that Baitul Muqaddas was the Qibla for Jews and Christians, something Muslims have forgotten. Our self-righteous ulema are of course in the habit of ignoring inconvenient Qur’anic verses, verses that do not support their rapacious, self-righteous, male-chauvinist, Islam-supremacist attitudes. Let us read this verse and see what it says:
Sura Baqra: 2: 145: “Even if thou wert to bring to the people of the Book all the signs (together), they would not follow thy Qibla (Kaaba); nor art thou going to follow their Qibla (Baitul Muqaddas) nor indeed will they follow each other’s Qibla. If thou, after the knowledge hath reached thee, wert to follow their (vain) desires, then wert thou indeed (clearly) in the wrong.” …
Were we thus to read the entire Qur’anic exhortation on the issue of Qibla, we would not have fallen into the ever deepening morass of intra-Ahl-e-Kitab conflict. We can continue to revere the sacred places in Jerusalem according tour traditions while recognizing God-ordained rights of the Judaeo-Christian religious communities to their Qibla in Jerusalem as we have ours in Mecca. Exactly what shape our expression of reverence for our original Qibla takes and whether we are allowed to visit and when and how frequently, etc, can be peacefully and easily negotiated once we concede their God-given right to their Qibla. …

When Prophet Muhammad started to go through this process, to look for truth in fact, he got an answer once he reached 40 years of age which was the first revelation. The first revelation tells him: {Read in the name of God who created you…} (Al-Alaq 96:1) This is the very meaning of the whole mission, spirituality means to give meaning to life, in fact, to say “God” is to say “my life has a meaning;” that I belong to Him and will go back to Him. …
In fact it is the tip of the iceberg. There are many more Ahadith of this kind, reported by Bukhari, whom Maulana Meerithi vehemently rejected on viable reasoning and after a thorough study of their chains of narrators and inconsistency of various versions of their statements. He also closely checked whether they made any sense at all. He also verified whether they were in conformity with the general spirit of Islam. ..
Why did Allama Meeruthi criticise and reject so many Ahadith of Bukhari? Clearly because, after his vast research into it, he concluded that it contains concocted stories and they are aplenty. So he deemed the book fit to be re-examined. After a thorough reassessment, he criticized and eventually rejected many traditions of the same. And this because, in his opinion these false Ahadith, are either causing great damage to Islam or are creating a hindrance to a correct understanding of the holy Quran. ... It is imperative that this work is continued. For, the reform of the Muslim mind wedded to stereotypes, cannot be effected without this hammering job. ...

All India Muslim Personal Law Board, whose main concern is the conservation of Muslim personal law: not with a view to reforming it over time, but as a way of buttressing Muslim identity in India. In this view, Muslim personal law represents a residual link with the Sharia and gives legal substance to the idea of a Muslim community. Muslim conservatives are sometimes joined, in newspaper reports, by 'moderate Muslims', a peculiarly offensive category that seems to assume that being Muslim is a condition that needs moderation. …
Like today’s politicians and strategic experts do not know how Balochistan came to be a part of Pakistan, they similarly do not know how Gilgit-Baltistan came to be a part of Pakistan. For the sake of recall, Gilgit-Baltistan used to be a part of the Kashmir state that the people freed from Dogra raj. Post-independence, the people of GB voluntarily decided to join the federation of Pakistan and wanted to be given the status of a federating units like the others...
Now the question is why the civil courts are using personal laws in their jurisdiction when their duty is to interpret the constitutional laws. If we accept the supremacy of our constitutional provisions then all other laws of the country including personal laws, must be subordinate to our civil laws. And this must come strongly in the judgments. Unfortunately, the Judges have been using these religious moralities to explain or strengthen their arguments which seem to be quite dangerous….

“I want to return with a message of love, I want to return to pour light into your veins.
