Islamic Ideology (29 Dec 2017 NewAgeIslam.Com)

  • The new trend of killing Muslims in their Mosques and Christians in their churches is bewildering everyone. People are at a loss to understand why this is happening. Christians couldn’t find any reason or rationale for the killings in the churches. In fact they have not shown any anger or violent behaviour towards Muslims when a Muslim youth Mehemet Agcai shot four times at Pope John Paul. 1200 million Catholics prayed for their spiritual leader, and miraculously he survived.  They can only recall the Messiah the anointed one’s, prophecy – “And the timing is coming when those who kill you will think they are doing a holy service for God” (John 16:2)

  • Is this a strange coincidence that a Professor from the highest institution of learning from the country, puts out the following commonsense statement: Azhar University Professor Encourages Muslims to Celebrate the Spirit of Christmas.

How shameful it is then for those of us who call ourselves Muslims - the followers of The Messenger of God that today some so called “Islamists” amongst us who affirm solemnly following in his footsteps but proceed to blowup the very churches and monasteries in Egypt and other places too, killing hundreds of Christian brethren who were guaranteed protection and security in a long letter signed by him personally in 628 AD stating, viz: “This is a message from Muhammad Ibn Abdullah, as a covenant to those who adopt Christianity, near and far, we are with them……”

Would not it be right to brand these Islamists as savage animals - nay worst for animals do not commit such acts as they are not endowed with intelligence– says the Book Quran that Muhammad was inspired to write.

No condemnation therefore fits these savages in any language, even in Arabic, the language of the Messenger Muhammad.

  • Apart from Santa’s gifts, prominence is given to children in a variety of ways. They come with parents to the church service and sit among hundreds of people and learn to observe silence and to say “peace be with you” to everyone. When they receive first Holy Communion (body of Christ), it will be a great celebration at home. They read scripture before the congregation, they join the choir and learn musical instruments. There is hardly any church in the world without a piece of musical instruments. Everyone sings in the church even with the voice of an ass. Greatest musicians Beethoven, Mozart, Badge, Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and all others have been trained in the church choir.

Buddhists, Hindus and Christians go to their respective places of worship along with their families. It is sad that only Muslim men go to Mosque, as per their seventh century war culture, ever ready to fight. There are instances people are afraid of “Friday Prayers” and some governments enforce curfew on these days.

A person can sanctify any activity by making it an opportunity to be a witness to God in the world.

We are beings of incomparable worth endowed with a human soul with its two great powers – intellect and free will.

  • Excessive obsession with shirk and bidat have taken all joy out of our lives. We should love and celebrate Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammed equally. When Tilak invited Jinnah to join in Ganesh Chaturthi festivities, Jinnah  joined in. And Iqbal sang, "Hai Ram ke wajood pe Hindostaan ko naaz, Ahl-e-nazar samajhte hain isko Imaam-e-Hind.”

  • Children enjoy Christmas more than any other festival with Santa Claus bringing gifts that they had wanted while they are asleep. The sheer joy and excitement on their faces when they discover those gifts is well worth celebrating Christmas.

Life is to  be enjoyed and every joyous occasions celebrated.
