Fuelling Islamophobia: Scary pictures from a Muslim demonstration in London
Wake Up Call!
They are peaceful as long as you obey.
Pictures from London ~ this is beyond scary...
Makes you wonder doesn't it....can you imagine having a Christian demonstration against Islam in downtown Baghdad?
These pictures are of Muslims marching through the STREETS OF LONDON during their recent ' Religion of Peace Demonstration. '
Why would anyone think that we should be at war with such nice, peaceful Muslims?!
You need to forward this one to everyone! These pictures tell it all!
Muslims have stated that England will be the first country they take over!
These are pictures not shown on American TV or in American Newspapers, but were forwarded by a Canadian friend who thought all Americans ought to know!
Always the same denials and lies from the cult members of islam, these pictures are absolutely true. Your "religion of love and peace" often behaves more like a "cult of hate and violence". I know these pictures are true and deep down - so do you, and although I know that not all muslims are like this, there is a large majority of your cult who do act like this and believe in violent jihad in the name of your cult. Ignoring the problem will not make it go away. You people need to realize it's 2011, and intelligent and educated people today are not interested in joining cults and won't tolerate it. I also have drawn many pictures of mohammad, and there isn't a thing you can do about it!
Mr Manzul Haque states"To Mr. Rizvi, I tender my apology for carrying some bad feelings for some time. I love your engagement with New Age Islam Mr. Rizvi, even though sometimes I may disagree with you. My Response:Thank you Manzul Haque sb for your support and understanding.Sometimes I do interject controversial topics just to make people start thinking and reflecting. This is one way we keep our minds sharp. As the saying goes: use it or lose it.Syed Rizvi
My appeal to Mr. L H, whoever he is, is never to post a lie about somebody (or about anything for that matter). You have not only hurt Mr. Rizvi, your prime target, but you have also hurt me by creating a bias in my mind against him. I can’t deny that as a result of your post, I was thinking of him as one having an axe to grind against Islam.
To Mr. Rizvi, I tender my apology for carrying some bad feelings for some time.
I love your engagement with New Age Islam Mr. Rizvi, even though sometimes I may disagree with you.
Mr LH has made the following comment about me ".....he has been trolling on the memorial Facebook page for a 14-year-old boy in our community who died of a brain tumour. He started out by asking intrusive, inappropriate questions of the family, including asking for specifics about the day their son died and how they found him. More recently, the boy's father posted on his son's birthday, and Syed responded, "Happy bday Alex god has taken your life!" Nice.
I am not sure why MR. LH is lying and making up stories that anyone can verify not to be true by simply going to the facebook.
Syed Rizvi is one creepy guy.
In addition to stirring up controversy here, he has been trolling on the memorial Facebook page for a 14-year-old boy in our community who died of a brain tumour. He started out by asking intrusive, inappropriate questions of the family, including asking for specifics about the day their son died and how they found him. More recently, the boy's father posted on his son's birthday, and Syed responded, "Happy bday Alex god has taken your life!" Nice.
My recommendation is, back away slowly and don't engage - there's something very *off* about Mr. Rizvi and his posts...
When I saw this piece I immediately felt that this was the handiwork of Islam-bashers. I was a bit hesitant to say anything, and I just wanted to ask Mr.Syed Rizvi for the reference which I eventually did on 24.03.2010, after seeing that others had already taken up the issue. Meanwhile skeletons have been tumbling out of the cupboard. Thanks to truth lovers! The reason why I was hesitant was because there was an incident of a similar set of photographs on this website showing one black man buried neck deep in the ground and stones lying there, and a crowd of black Muslims surrounding the man, suggesting backdrop of Sudan or some place, and then the man apparently stoned to death by the crowd, but at the final point, the body was missing - complete absence of corpus delicti, but enough for the media trial of a whole community!! My mild hint of doubt on the genuineness of photograph elicited comments from this gentleman, Mr. Rizvi, ‘that denial is the first line of defense’ sealing my fate to the state where I could not deny a lie.
Now this is the second instance he has propagated lies against Islam and Muslims. Most spinelessly he has now adopted a posture that he is acting in the interest of Muslim community and he only wants to show Muslims their faces in the mirror of New Age Islam (Please read his initial posting and notice his stance). But I would request him to see his image in the mirror of Indian Penal Code (If he is in US or Pakistan, there would be similar laws there) where he will find his face muddied with two crimes:
Crime1: S.295A: Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious belief.
Crime2: S.505 (2): Statements creating or promoting enmity, hatred or ill-will between classes.
These are actually problem children of Muslim community and they think that by abusing Islam they are doing a great humanitarian service. But actually they are spreading more hatred on the lines of Salman Rushdie. By his own admission, Syed Rizvi is not a religious person (But the very Muslim identity is based sorely on being religious). He is from amongst the scores of Muslims parading on the Net looking for a place to hide their freakish Muslim identity but not finding where? They think that by becoming mouthpieces of the enemies of Islam they will find salvation. But they are ignorant.
I have done some research on communication. I have gone to some of the free sites of the Free World indulging in Islam- bashing. I posted slightly differing comments from their mainstream thoughts (A number of times under different names). My comments remained there on the site for approval but finally those were not posted. Anyway not much deal! But while my comments were there on their website, I just tried to download the webpage to keep a record. I just could not do it! I had to acknowledge their technological superiority on propaganda matters (of course their superiority in offensive weapons and weapons of mass destruction too).
The fact remains that Muslims are under great pressure. A cardinal principle of communication in such situations is to keep quiet! Chup rahne ki himmat chahiye!!
I think most of us can do an analysis of the letters on these pictures. The letters are computer generated using fonts. What I am saying, people, is that NewAgeIslam is a shill website, a hindu front, and this site is not an Islamic site whatsoever. And NewAgeIslam is pushing altered pics and then blame it on Muslims. Readers need to dig deeper into NewAgeIslam, if you dig deeper you will find it is psychological operation.
Regarding media we hardly have objectivity left:
In the dictatorial system, we have government controlled media, iand in so called "democratic" system we have a corporation controlled media where independent media are constantly being swallowed by the big corporations. Now, there was some hope with the arrival of the Internet Media which seem to be turning into junk media.
The only plus with the internet media is that the whole world can see what is happening in places like Gaza or the West Bank, etc., or voice of descent is being heard around the globe that would not have been possible otherwise. However, such mobility and access to information don't come without a price tag that was encountered with these bogus pictures.
It is by sharing these pictures, we came to know the picture has been floating around since the year 2007. Now at least we are equipped with a rebuttal when someone sends us these pictures.
It is still better for us to know what the others are seeing than not to know.

Re: my previous comment: Okay, so I can't count or spell. Yes, it was over two years ago, not four. And the title of the website article mentioned should have read "Religion of Peace Demonstration." I was a bit upset at the time about the hatefulness of this March 22 "Wake Up Call." And I'm not even a Muslim. I'm an agnostic American of northern European descent. But regardless...
Regardless of the miscounting and the misspelling, what I said still stands. Go to the Terrorism History website, http://www.pearlharborsurvivorsonline.org/html/TERRORISM%20HISTORY.htm, scroll down to the "Religion of Peace" article, and you will see the same pictures as those shown here, with the same identical rhetoric -- TO THE WORD! Dated over two years ago.
What is the motive of this person in saying here that this is a 'recent' demonstration in London? He/she was saying the same thing over two years ago. Wow, this story stays recent for a long time! And even the source and the circumstances of the pictures cannot be verified. It is just hate mongering, nothing more.
This sort of evil is a disgrace to the human race.
This entire Letter to the Editor post is an exercise in deceit. It says that these images are from a "recent" demonstration in London. I did some searching, and I found these same images (and words) on an anti-Islam website dated December 19, 2007. Over four years ago! <a href="http://www.pearlharborsurvivorsonline.org/html/TERRORISM%20HISTORY.htm">Religion of Peach Demonstration</a>
The website uses almost exactly the same language as this letter to the editor regarding the source of these pictures: "These are pictures not shown on American TV or in American Newspapers... but were forwarded to me by someone who got it from someone. Take it for what it is worth."
Sure, I'll take it for what it is worth -- NOTHING!!! So what if the pictures are not shown in the American news media! This is the age of the Internet, we have news media from all over the world. Surely some other reputable news agency would show such news-worthy pictures of a "recent" demonstration in London. Nope! Sure, anyone can find plenty of such images in an image search, but if the images are not from a reputable news source, who knows when and where and under what circumstances the images were taken? Under circumstances such as this, the pictures (and the protestors) could well be staged -- or taken out of context or who knows what.
This Letter to the Editor post of March 22 is nothing but slippery, deceitful and hateful war mongering. Nothing else.
By the way, I watched all but the last two minutes of the Sam Harris presentation. There was only one image in that presentation such as this, and it was included in combination with an image of a Christian fanatic. Perhaps I missed it all in the last two minutes? I doubt it.
