A Taliban scholar justifies killing of innocent children, women, as, he says, according to Hadees (Bukhari and Muslim), Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) had himself justified it and engaged in a battle in Taif knowing that it would kill non-combatant civilians including children and women.
The Taliban scholar justifies killings of moderate Muslims (for him murtad, deviant) and Pakistani soldiers on the fatawas of Deobandi ulema of the stature of Sheikhul Islam Hussain Ahmad Madani Deobandi (Rahimullah) and Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai Shaheed (Rahimullah). He quotes profusely from Quran and Hadees.
Pakistani Official tries to argue the case of modrate Muslims with him, but the Taliban scholar keeps threatening him with these words: "If you do not understand what I am telling you or pretend not to listen, then we have alhamdolillah other methods also available to make you understand. Just saying la ilaha illah mohammadur rusullah is not enough for being a Muslim. Your conduct automatically expels you from Islam." On being asked by the Pakistan official, he says it is his duty to kill anyone who doesn't agree with him.
